Ads will typically appear between solitaire games. Additionally, you can opt into watching additional ads to unlock puzzle pieces faster.
When an ad has completed, you will be able to exit and return back to the game. Please note that not all ads will have the same exit path. Here are some common elements to look for when trying to exit an ad:
- Time: Some ads will have a countdown timer indicating how long you must wait until you can close the ad. This is often located at the bottom of the screen or in the top right corner and can take the shape of a loading/progress bar or a countdown timer.
- Exit arrow: Some ads will have a small arrow, usually located in the top right or top left corner. You can tap on this button to start leaving the ad.
- X button: Some ads will have an “X” button available, usually in the top right corner. Tapping this will close the ad.
For some ads, you will be able to mute them by either tapping on the mute button in the ad or by using the volume control buttons on your device.
Reporting an ad
Solitaire Daily Break is a free-to-play game. We rely on advertising revenue to fund our team and game development.
When setting specific criteria for how ads are managed in the game, we make sure to set guidelines that all the content shown within the ad is appropriate for all audiences and that these ads can be easily dismissed. However, even with our diligence in monitoring our in-game ads, sometimes a bad ad can slip through.
If you would like to report an ad, please try to include the following:
- A screenshot of the ad in question.
- A short description of what was wrong (e.g., you can’t exit or suggestive or prurient content).
- A short description of the ad—the company name and/or product being sold.
If you’re unable to take a screenshot, that’s okay! Just try your best in describing what happened.
